Connect ‘n’ Grow delivers the HLT20113 Certificate II in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care for Year 11 - 12 students as part of the First Peoples Health Program.

  • Additional 8 QCE Credits from the completion of the HLT23215 Certificate II Health Support Services and CHC22015 Certificate II Community Services in year 1 or 2
  • First Aid qualification and CPR certificate

Connect ‘n’ Grow provides

  • HLT20113 Certificate II in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care RPL for Teachers
  • Annual resource induction for all participating teachers, inclusive of industry-specific and VET professional development

  • Access to program resources, learning, assessment and up to the minute student progress reporting. 
  • First Aid - for school to deliver. 

School Requirements

  • Teacher or Trainer (program deliverer)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116). Available here >
  • Health / HPE Teaching Experience
  • Additional Health Work experience is encouraged but IS NOT ESSENTIAL.
